We use ePacket shipping to provide you with fast and reliable shipping. All orders shipped will come with a shipping number to track your order.
We aim to use ePacket shipping if it is available in your country. Otherwise, we use Parcel shipping. This method lets you avoid having to pay import taxes on orders less than $1000.
Shipping times vary from 1 week - 6 weeks, but usually take an average of 1-3 weeks depending on your location/customs. We aim to process your order within 12-72 hours, but please note that during busy periods the processing time can take up to 7 (business) days. We will email you with your tracking number as soon as your package has left our warehouse!

- Not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (ie must be unused, not worn)
- Returned more than 50 days after purchase
If your item is in an acceptable condition and was purchased less than 50 days ago, simply contact us via our contact page or email us at email@example.com and we will guide you through the return procedure.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our office in Australia. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item. We are not liable for any lost packages.
When the returned item is received, it will be inspected and you will receive an email notification of the approval/rejection of the return. If approved, a refund will be issued immediately.
If you believe that your product is damaged or faulty, or hasn't arrived within 50 days since shipment, contact us for either a full refund or store credit worth 120% of your purchase value.

If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us before you receive your shipping confirmation email. Once your package has left our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order since it is already on its way to you.
